Requirements |
| 1) You MUST tell us you want this
option before the order is entered. We cannot go back and
change the order payment. You must call and place the order
1-800-540-1708 rather
than order on-line. On-line orders cannot be deferred payment.

| 5) Maximum deferred payment is $700. For sales over $1400,
any balance over $700 will be charged with the initial amount.

50%) = $15.22 . |

TERMS |
| Please read carefully |
| 1) Each decline of monthly payment
will incur an additional $5 charge. Example: if there are 2
declines and the 3rd goes through, there will be an additional charge
of $10 for that month. You will be notified of each decline and
given a chance to fix it. *One decline will invalidate the service
charge credit on final payment. |
| 2) After 2 declines in 6 months we may at our discretion cancel
the deferred payment and make the balance including the service
charge for 6 months due and payable immediately. You will not
be notified of this decision. If you have two declines, you can
expect to be charged the full remaining balance on the 3rd denial.

| 3) We will use the customer service number to contact your
credit card company if we are declined the monthly payment.
Also our bank is involved so they will help getting delinquent
payments. |
| 4) You agree to the terms of "Buy Now - Pay
Later" by requesting this option.
5) We will file a negative
credit report if necessary for declined or missed payments.
6) We can refuse to grant credit or
deferred payment to anyone at any time prior to charging your credit
card for the first "pay now" and without giving a reason. |
